Strng IPTV 8K provides access to a library of live television channels and on-demand titles for personal, non-commercial viewing on the devices you own or control. Access is provided via login credentials or an app link sent to you after subscribing.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans are prepaid for a fixed duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) — there is no automatic renewal or recurring billing.
• Prices shown on our homepage are per the device count and duration selected at checkout.
• Payment and account activation are coordinated directly via WhatsApp.

4. Free Trial

New customers may request a free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial, and it ends automatically with no obligation to continue.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund — no forms and no lengthy justification required.

6. Acceptable Use

Your login is for personal use on the number of devices included in your plan. Sharing credentials publicly, reselling access, or attempting to disrupt the service’s infrastructure may result in suspension without refund.

7. Service Availability

We work to maintain consistent uptime and quality, but streaming services can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (your internet connection, device compatibility, or upstream source outages). We aim to resolve any disruption as quickly as possible.

8. Content Concerns

We take content rights seriously. If you believe any content made available through our service raises a legitimate rights concern, please contact us via WhatsApp with the relevant details and we will review and address it promptly.

9. Privacy

We collect only what’s needed to provide the service: your WhatsApp contact for communication and payment coordination. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strng IPTV 8K is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, including temporary interruptions or content availability changes.
